YAHOO! & CONGRATS!!!

I just got a call from my cousin and him & his wife just had their babies! Yes, babieS!!
2 boys
one is 6 lbs 6 oz and one is 7 lbs!
The word I'm getting is that Mom and babies are doing very well!

We're so happy for them! We just saw them this last weekend! They stopped by and talked "baby" with us for a while! They were sooo excited! They will make awesome parents!

Ok... so I'm not so good at this blog thing yet! the pics were supposed to be at the end of the post! Oh well!

rat terriers & cowboy boots!

Well, it's been pretty boring around here with all of this nasty weather! I did get out last night to go get my hair cut which means that Daddy is in charge for the evening! We have to plan things carefully b/c Kinsey it still nursing and bottles are out of the question in her book! So being the worrier that I am when I'm not with the girls I called Justin as I was getting to Parsons! I asked if Kinsey was doing ok b/c she's been pretty clingy with me lately! I could here Riley bouncing off the walls in the background. As soon as I left she had taken her clothes off, went to her room, put on her John Deere cowboy boots, and climbed over the kiddy gate to play with Bart (our rat terrier) in the laundry room! I could here her squealing with delight as Justin was saying "The dog food is for the dog to eat", "Put the dog dish down and let him eat... don't make him chase the food". Kinsey had dumped the play food out and was sitting in the middle of it very proud of her mess but Justin assured me that he had it all under control!!
I really wish I had pics of this excitement and even more I wish I could have been a mouse in the corner taking it all in! Justin and the camera are not good friends though!
So, I'll leave you with a few pics from this morning! I can't believe that Riley actuall let her sister play with her kitchen! It appears that Kinsey has the grilling thing down! Is that bread and a pear she's grilling???

This is my child....This is my child on Pez!

Remember the Pez dispensers that you used to have as a kid?? They were great, right?? Well, just before X-mas Santa was getting desperate for a few more things to put in Riley's stocking when he stumbled across a Tinkerbell Pez dispenser! Great idea! Well, last week we gave in and finally put the candy in it! Bad move! Riley couldn't get the candy out herself so she had to ask for help. So tonight we decided to go to Parsons to eat at "Nestos". Riley asked Daddy to fill her Pez on the way to town so he did ....Sucker!! He handed it to her and about 2 minutes later she said "Here Daddy.... it's empty!" She had figured out how to slide the little tray out and had eaten an entire pack of Pez! By the time we got to "Nestos" she was literally jumping around the lobby while we waited for our table! She was actually really good for supper. We were a little nervous! After supper we went to Wal Mart so that she could run free! Justin and I couldn't hardly keep up but it must have worked b/c she's sleeping now! What a day!

I am a stay at home mom of 2 girls ages 8 months (Kinsey) and 2 1/2 years(Riley)! Things are a little crazy around our house so sit back and enjoy the ride with us as every day is a new adventure!
